Most of my work starts with an idea that feels exciting but isn’t fully formed yet. I like helping a team find what makes it worth pursuing, turning that into clear creative decisions, and building enough structure for the idea to hold together as it grows. I tend to move between the big picture and the details: visual direction, production questions, and the small choices that shape how an experience feels.

That mix of art and technology has been part of my path from the beginning, even if I didn’t always know what to call it. I studied Computer Science and Engineering, then pursued a master’s in Entertainment Technology at Carnegie Mellon because I wanted to bring my technical background and interest in art into the same kind of work. Working in small cross-disciplinary teams at the Entertainment Technology Center showed me how much I enjoy creating things with people who approach problems differently.

That curiosity has stayed with me through Disney Research, Facebook Reality Labs, and Meta Horizon. The projects have changed, but I keep coming back to the same questions: What is the idea really trying to become? What does the team need to make it real? How do we keep the work feeling thoughtful as it grows?

Now I’m exploring how emerging technology can support more visual and collaborative ways of creating. I’m especially interested in AI-integrated workflows that help people move from an idea to something they can shape, while keeping them involved in the decisions that give the work meaning.
